1. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day after the transaction, provided that the tokens remain unused and no model has been delivered. To exercise this right, you must send a clear statement to support@word2render.com before the period expires.

2. Digital Content Exception

Once you request immediate delivery of a model and it has been generated, the statutory right to cancel is lost. By instructing us to generate a model, you acknowledge this exception.

3. When Refunds Are Available

Refunds will be considered if:

  • A request is made within the 14-day cooling-off period;
  • Tokens have not been redeemed;
  • A payment was duplicated or processed in error;
  • A technical failure on our side prevented delivery of the model.
4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted when:

  • Tokens have been spent on generating models;
  • Digital content has been delivered or downloaded;
  • A user supplied incorrect information that caused non-delivery;
  • The content is bespoke or personalised beyond the default generative output.
5. How to Request a Refund

Submit your request by emailing support@word2render.com, including your Account email, order number, date of purchase, amount and reason for the request. The Company may ask for further information to verify your identity and confirm eligibility.

6. Refund Process and Timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Any bank fees or currency conversion charges are non-refundable. The corresponding tokens will be removed from your account upon refund.

7. Effect of Refund

If a refund is granted, any rights to use the corresponding tokens or models will be revoked. You may not continue to use the refunded content, and any further use may breach the Terms.

8. Resolving Disputes

This policy is governed by Estonian law. If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, you may pursue remedies with Estonian consumer protection bodies or through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
