1. Definitions

• Platform: The AI-based service accessible at word2render.com that allows users to generate 3D models.
• Account: An individual user profile created using an email and password, which allows the purchase and redemption of tokens.
• Tokens: Virtual credits purchased with real currency, used solely on the Platform for generating or obtaining 3D models; tokens hold no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Generated Content: Any 3D models or related digital assets produced by the Platform in response to a user's input.
• User: Anyone who registers or otherwise makes use of the Platform.
• Company: Jaxmero OÜ, the legal entity operating the Platform.
• Site: word2render.com and any of its subdomains or applications.

2. Applicability and Agreement

2.1 Scope of Coverage: These Terms govern every use of the Platform across web or mobile devices.

2.2 Binding Agreement: Creating an Account, purchasing tokens or interacting with the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms, along with the accompanying Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

2.3 Official Language: The English version of these documents is authoritative; translations are provided only for convenience.

2.4 Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and legally allowed to use the service. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform complies with local law.

3. Account Creation and Maintenance

3.1 Creating an Account: A valid email address and secure password are required to register. Users must provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.

3.2 Identity Verification: Routine KYC is not performed, but the Company may request identification or age verification to meet legal obligations or prevent fraud. Failure to comply may lead to suspension.

3.3 Account Closure: You may close your Account by emailing support@word2render.com. All pending transactions must be completed or cancelled, and unused tokens may be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy. The Company reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or when required by law.

4. Use of Tokens and Delivery of Services

4.1 Purchasing and Using Tokens: Tokens may be purchased in euro (EUR) and used to generate or download 3D models. The price per token is displayed in EUR; payments in other currencies may involve exchange rates and bank fees. Tokens are non-transferable and non-redeemable outside the Platform.

4.2 Ownership of Generated Content: All digital outputs you create using the Platform are your property. Jaxmero OÜ does not claim any rights in your generated content and transfers to you any rights it may have in those outputs. You may use your generated models for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, as long as you adhere to these Terms and applicable law. You grant the Company a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your input and generated content solely to operate and improve the service. This licence does not grant you rights to the underlying platform or algorithms.

4.3 Pricing and Billing: Token packages and model prices are shown on the Site. Prices may be adjusted without affecting prior purchases.

4.4 Payment Methods: The Platform accepts Visa, Mastercard and any additional payment methods listed on the Site.

4.5 Payment Processing and Card Data: All transactions are handled by external payment gateways; the Company does not collect or store card numbers and does not share or sell payment data.

4.6 Issuer Charges: Your bank or card issuer may levy processing or currency conversion fees; these charges are borne by the User.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Restrictions

You must not submit prompts or generate content that:

• Sexualizes or exploits minors, involves grooming, human trafficking or non-consensual intimate material.
• Contains pornographic, fetish or otherwise explicit sexual material.
• Encourages self-harm, suicide or disordered eating.
• Depicts graphic violence, gore, or promotes terrorism or extremist ideology.
• Delivers hate speech, harassment, threats or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Spreads false information, impersonates someone else, or generates deepfakes without consent.
• Provides instructions on illegal activities such as making weapons, drugs, malware or carrying out hacking.
• Utilises high-risk AI practices barred by the EU AI Act, including manipulative subliminal techniques, social scoring or real-time biometric surveillance.

Any violation may lead to removal of content, suspension or termination of your Account and, when warranted, reporting to authorities.

6. Cancellation and Refund Overview

Users may cancel token purchases within 14 days of purchase if tokens have not been redeemed and no model has been delivered. Once a 3D model has been generated or downloaded, the statutory withdrawal right ceases. A detailed explanation of eligibility, exclusions and the process is outlined in the Refund Policy.

7. Changes and Service Updates

The Company may modify or discontinue features, pricing or available models at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes that affect existing purchases. If a change substantially diminishes the value of unredeemed tokens or undelivered content, a refund or suitable alternative may be offered at the Company's discretion.

8. Complaint Handling and Appeals

Complaints must be filed via support@word2render.com within 14 days of the relevant event. Provide your account details, order references and a description of the issue. The Company endeavours to respond within 30 days. If a disagreement persists, Users may turn to Estonian consumer authorities or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service and all generated content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaxmero OÜ disclaims all implied warranties and caps its total liability at the amount you have paid in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. for death, personal injury or fraud).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer regulations entitle you to bring the matter before courts in your country of residence. EU consumers may also seek redress via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
